The terms.

These terms are between you and Earth Commanders. Creating an agency accepts them.

We may change them — for a change that matters we tell you in the app before it takes effect, and playing on afterwards accepts it.

One account per person. Keep the password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.

Your agency name is public. Names that are hateful, obscene, impersonate someone or pretend to be an official body get changed or removed.

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play Earth Commanders. Everything in it stays ours.

Coins, parts and gems are features of the game. They are not money, they hold no value outside the game, and they cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred.

This version has no in-app purchases. If they arrive, the price and the refund rules will be in front of you before you can buy anything.

Nothing you do here sends aid, money or equipment anywhere. Your progress helps nobody in the real world, and we never suggest otherwise.

Never use the game as emergency information. It is not a warning system, it can be late, wrong or incomplete, and it is not a substitute for your local authorities. In an emergency call your emergency number.

Where we point at real relief organisations, we take no cut and get nothing for it.

Report only real environmental problems you know about. Not people, not emergencies, and nothing you would not want a stranger to read.

Try not to photograph faces or number plates. Your photo stays yours; you let us store it and show it to our review team so they can check the report.

We may turn down or remove any report, and stop an account from reporting, without giving a reason beyond the one shown with the report.

No automation, no modified clients, no exploiting a bug for an advantage, and no selling or buying accounts.

We can suspend or close an account that does these things. Progress lost that way is not restored.

Features change, events end and seasons close. We may change or stop parts of the game, and will give notice in the app where we can.

If we shut the game down for good, we say so in advance and stop taking any payment for it first.

The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

We are liable for what the law says we are liable for, and your rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
